Is there a minimum volume or a contract?
No. Accounts are open to companies booking a handful of rides a year as well as those booking daily, and there is no long-term contract. You can stop using the account at any time.
How does billing work?
Choose a consolidated monthly invoice with every ride itemised, or a card on file charged per trip. Invoices can carry your cost centre, project or PO number, and every ride also gets its own emailed receipt for your expense system.
Can assistants book for executives?
Yes. Name the people who can book and the travellers they book for. Each quote is emailed to the booker, ready to forward to the traveller.
