Why partner with Executive Black Car
We win the client, confirm the rate in writing, run the dispatch desk and send the invoice. You run a great ride. Our clients are mostly executive assistants, travel managers, flight departments and event planners, so the work is prearranged and fully detailed before it reaches you.
- Prearranged corporate trips Airport transfers and as-directed hourly work, with the passenger name, flight number and pickup details confirmed in writing.
- You set your net rates Quote your own net rates by vehicle and service. We never ask you to undercut your retail pricing.
- No marketing cost No listing fees, lead fees or membership fees. We pay for the sales and marketing that bring the client in.
- Payment on agreed terms Paid by ACH within 15 days of the end of each trip month, even before the client pays us. We invoice the client, so you don’t chase anyone.
- A 24/7 dispatch desk A live desk handles client changes, flight delays and questions at any hour, so your team deals with one professional contact.
- Your clients stay yours We never solicit your clients, and we ask the same of you. Passenger details are used only to run the trip.
What we require
These are the same standards we publish to our clients on our Our Standards page. We check them before your first booking and keep them current afterwards.
Licences & permits
- Active business registration
- City and state for-hire or limousine authority
- A ground-transportation permit for every airport you serve
Insurance
- Commercial auto liability of at least $1,000,000 CSL (more if your city or airport requires it)
- Karfis Enterprises LLC dba Executive Black Car named as additional insured
- Workers’ compensation where your state requires it
Chauffeurs
- Background and driving-record checks as local law and airports require
- Valid chauffeur and for-hire permits
- Confirmed in a signed annual attestation. We don’t hold your drivers’ records
Vehicles & dispatch
- Late-model, clean executive sedans and/or Suburban/Yukon-class SUVs
- Dark exterior, current registration, no visible damage
- A dispatch line answered 24/7, plus a backup contact
How it works
- Apply Email your company name, city, airports and fleet.
- Intro call 20 minutes on service area, vehicles, dispatch and rates.
- Documents COI, permits, vehicle list, W-9, then a signed agreement and attestation.
- First rides Trips arrive with full details. Your net rate is paid on agreed terms.

Questions
How are rates set?
You quote net rates, which is what you’re paid for each job, by vehicle class and service: airport transfers, point-to-point and hourly. Executive Black Car sets the client price and handles quoting, billing and collection. You never need to discuss pricing with the passenger.
How and when do we get paid?
You invoice Executive Black Car for completed trips and are paid by ACH within 15 days of the end of the month the trip took place in, whether or not the client has paid us yet. Changes the client asks for on the day, such as extra stops, hours or waiting, are paid at your quoted rates.
Is there a fee to join, or a minimum commitment?
No. There are no listing, lead or membership fees, and no minimum number of trips you must accept. We don’t promise a set volume either. Work grows as our corporate accounts in your city grow.
Will you contact our clients?
No. Our Operator Agreement includes non-solicitation in both directions. We don’t approach your clients, and you agree not to approach ours. Passenger information is used only to carry out the trip and is never used for marketing.
Do you employ the chauffeurs or own vehicles?
No. Executive Black Car is a booking and dispatch brand. Every ride is operated by an independent, licensed local operator using its own vehicles and chauffeurs, under its own permits and insurance, with Karfis Enterprises LLC dba Executive Black Car named as additional insured.
