San José Mineta International (SJC)
Two terminals, minutes from downtown, and consistently the easier arrival for anyone whose business is south of Redwood City. Visitors book into SFO out of habit and then spend an hour on the 101 that they did not need to spend. SJC’s arrivals level is straightforward and the walk from gate to kerb is short, which makes it one of the more pleasant pickups in California.

San José handles a significant share of the valley’s private movements through the jet centres on the airport’s western side, with the smaller fields to the south and east taking lighter traffic. Downtown San José
One of the shortest reliable transfers in the Bay Area. Downtown is compact and straightforward to work, and its proximity to the airport makes it one of the shortest reliable transfers in the Bay Area. Evening event traffic around the arena is the main exception.
North San José & Santa Clara
We confirm the building and the gate before the day. The dense band of technology campuses along the 101 between the airport and Santa Clara, including the stadium and the surrounding corporate offices.
Cupertino, Sunnyvale & the west valley
Getting visitor access right is most of the job. The western side of the valley carries some of the largest corporate campuses in the world, and visitor access at each is specific and enforced. Getting this right is most of the job here.
Santana Row & hotels
A central base for meetings across the valley. Access is good and it sits central to the whole valley, which makes it a sensible base for anyone with meetings spread across several towns.
Beyond the valley
A South Bay and city day is better booked hourly. These are quoted per trip, and a day that crosses between the South Bay and the city is almost always better booked hourly than as two transfers.

Hotel transfers in San Jose
Santana Row is central to the whole valley and easier to work than downtown, which is why a good share of visiting executives stay there. Rosewood Sand Hill is a genuine drive north and should be timed accordingly.
Events & venues in San Jose
Levi’s Stadium is in Santa Clara rather than San Jose and its event traffic fills the 101 and the 237 together. We stage north of the venue rather than trying to reach it late.
