These terms apply to transportation booked with Executive Black Car. Placing a reservation means you accept them.
Reservations
A booking is confirmed once we send you written confirmation. Please give accurate pickup and drop-off details, passenger numbers and luggage counts – if the vehicle booked cannot carry your party or their bags, we may not be able to complete the trip.
Rates and payment
Rates depend on vehicle type, distance and duration, and are confirmed before your trip. Gratuity, tolls, parking, airport fees, waiting time and additional stops may be charged in addition where applicable. Payment is taken through our reservation provider.
Airport pickups and waiting time
We track flights and adjust pickup times for delays at no extra charge. Reasonable complimentary waiting time is provided; beyond that, waiting is billed at the applicable hourly rate.
Cancellations and changes
Tell us as early as you can. Cancellation terms depend on vehicle type and how much notice is given, and are confirmed with your booking. Same-day cancellations and no-shows may be charged in full.
Conduct and safety
Seat belts must be worn. Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles. We may end a trip where a passenger behaves unlawfully or unsafely, or endangers the chauffeur or the vehicle. Cleaning charges may apply for damage or soiling.
Accessibility and child seats
Wheelchair-accessible vehicles, child seats and booster seats are available on request. Tell us when you book so the right vehicle and equipment are assigned.
Liability
We are licensed and insured, and we carry your trip with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including traffic, weather, road closures or acts of authorities. We are not responsible for property left in a vehicle, though we will make reasonable efforts to return it.
