What happens when you call

A dispatcher will ask five things: the city, where you are going, when, how many passengers, and how many bags. That is enough to price the ride and tell you which vehicle class you need.

If it is an airport pickup, give us the flight number too. We track it, so a delay or an early landing is handled without a second call from you.

You receive written confirmation with the agreed rate before you travel. There is no surge pricing at any hour, and cancellation is free up to 2 hours before pickup.
