Ground transport is the part of a trip most likely to go wrong.

A delayed flight, an unfamiliar city, a meeting that overruns: these are ordinary. A car service is only worth keeping if it absorbs them without drama, and does it the same way in every city on the itinerary.

Most travellers solve that with a different local company in each city, each with its own booking process, its own pricing and its own invoice. We replace that with one desk, one set of terms and one bill.

Who does what on every ride.

We are open about how this works. The cars and chauffeurs come from vetted local chauffeur operators who know their city. We run the booking, the standard and the accountability. See our standards.

Executive Black Car is responsible for

  • Your booking, taken online, by phone or by email, 24 hours a day.
  • Your price, quoted all-inclusive and confirmed in writing before you travel.
  • Choosing the operator and assigning the ride in your city.
  • Watching your flight and moving the pickup when it changes.
  • Fixing problems: one number to call, whatever the city.
  • Billing, including one consolidated monthly invoice on a corporate account.

The local chauffeur operator is responsible for

  • The chauffeur who meets you and drives you.
  • The vehicle, in the class you booked: Executive Sedan or Executive SUV.
  • Local knowledge: the airport kerbs, the terminals, the traffic and the venues.
  • Delivering the ride to the standard written into your confirmation.

A price you know first

Online quotes include a 20% chauffeur gratuity and known airport fees. Your rate is agreed in writing before the ride, and there is no surge pricing.

Flights tracked

Airport pickups follow your flight in real time, with meet-and-greet and 60 minutes of free waiting time.

Time to get to the car

15 minutes of free waiting time at every non-airport pickup, so a lift that runs slow does not cost you.

Plans can change

Free cancellation up to 2 hours before pickup.
