Booking in Minneapolis
From November to March the schedule is built around the weather rather than adjusted for it, and the meeting point is often a level above the street. Chauffeured sedans and SUVs across Minneapolis and St. Paul — one airport sitting neatly between the two downtowns, a skyway system that changes where a vehicle should actually meet you, and a winter that decides the timing of everything from November to March. Booked and managed by Executive Black Car, driven by vetted local operators who work these roads every day.

Minneapolis-Saint Paul International (MSP)
Two terminals that are genuinely separate buildings on opposite sides of the airfield, connected by a light rail shuttle rather than a walkway. Terminal 1 carries most of the traffic and Terminal 2 the low-cost carriers, and a vehicle sent to the wrong one is a long way from being useful. We confirm the terminal against the flight number on the day and meet inside arrivals.

Private aviation
Flying Cloud in Eden Prairie and Anoka County-Blaine handle much of the region’s private movement, with St. Paul Downtown sitting closest to the capitol and MSP taking private traffic on its own ramp. For a day in the western suburbs Flying Cloud saves a real drive. For private arrivals we work from the tail number and coordinate with the FBO directly. Tell us the field and the FBO when you book and we will confirm coverage before you travel.

Where we work in Minneapolis
Downtown Minneapolis & the North Loop
Skyway city: we meet at a building entrance, not a corner. The corporate core, with the skyway system connecting most of it above street level. That matters for a pickup: in February a passenger will not walk outdoors to find a car, so we agree a building entrance rather than a street corner.
Downtown St. Paul & the capitol
Two downtowns in one day is a real cross-town run. The state capitol, the legal district and a quieter downtown that is easier to drive than its neighbour. A day working both downtowns is a genuine cross-town run rather than two stops in one city.
Bloomington, the Mall & the south
The shortest airport transfers in the market. Immediately around the airport, with the Mall of America, a substantial hotel cluster and a good deal of corporate office space. These are the shortest airport transfers in the market by a wide margin, which makes the district a sensible base for anyone flying in and out quickly.
Edina, Minnetonka & the west
Recurring work here rewards a consistent chauffeur. The western suburbs carry a large share of the region’s corporate headquarters and executive residential work. A great deal of our work in this corridor is recurring, which is the kind of booking that rewards a consistent chauffeur.
Winter, and what it actually changes
Winter slows everything at once, so we build in allowance. Minnesota clears its roads better than almost anywhere, so the driving is rarely the problem. What changes is that everything slows at once — de-icing, surface streets, loading in the cold.
Typical journey times across the Twin Cities
MSP sits between the two downtowns rather than beyond one of them, which makes both runs short by the standards of most metropolitan areas.

Hotel transfers in Minneapolis
Most downtown properties connect to the skyway, which means a February pickup is agreed at a building entrance rather than a street corner. It sounds like a detail and it is the difference between a comfortable departure and a cold one.
Events & venues in Minneapolis
U.S. Bank Stadium and Target Field both empty into the same downtown grid, and a Vikings Sunday is the largest movement the region sees. We collect from an agreed point several blocks out rather than the gates.
Rochester is the run worth naming: patients and families travel there constantly from MSP, it is roughly ninety minutes each way, and it is quoted per trip rather than hourly.

Universities & campuses in Minneapolis
The university spans both banks of the Mississippi and the two campuses are a genuine journey apart, so the bank matters as much as the building. Rochester and the Mayo Clinic are a routine long-distance run from here, quoted per trip.
