Booking in Seattle
A pickup in Bellevue or Redmond and a pickup downtown are not interchangeable jobs, however close together they look on a map. Chauffeured sedans and SUVs across Seattle and the Eastside — an airport well south of the city, a technology corridor split across a lake, and two floating bridges that decide how long most journeys actually take. Seattle-Tacoma International (SEA)
A single large terminal with north and south satellites reached by an internal train, and an arrivals level that is genuinely constrained at peak. For a meet-and-greet, Sea-Tac’s chauffeured cars wait on a separate garage floor rather than at the kerb, which catches out visitors expecting to walk straight out. We tell you exactly where to meet before you land rather than leaving it to signage.

Boeing Field and private aviation
King County International, better known as Boeing Field, sits considerably closer to downtown than Sea-Tac and handles much of the region’s private traffic, with Paine Field to the north serving the Everett corridor. For anyone flying privately into Seattle, Boeing Field is usually the better arrival point by a wide margin. For private arrivals we work from the tail number and coordinate with the FBO directly. Tell us the field and the FBO when you book and we will confirm coverage before you travel.

Where we work in Seattle
Downtown & the waterfront
We agree a workable pickup point, not the front door. The financial and legal core along with the convention centre and the cruise terminals, the latter generating heavy seasonal movement through the summer.
South Lake Union & Denny Triangle
Morning departures are far easier than evening ones. The densest concentration of technology employment in the city, and where a great deal of visiting executive travel now goes rather than to traditional downtown. Morning departures out of South Lake Union are far easier than evening ones.
Bellevue & the Eastside
Time flights to avoid crossing the bridge twice. For Eastside work we will frequently suggest timing a flight to avoid making the bridge crossing twice in a day.
Redmond & the technology corridor
We confirm the building and the gate at booking. The campuses out along the 520 corridor are large, multi-building and gated, and the address a mapping application offers is frequently nowhere near the visitor entrance you actually need. We confirm the building and the gate at booking.
Ferries, wine country & longer runs
Plan around the sailing time, not the drive. Bainbridge and the peninsula are reached by ferry, which puts a fixed schedule in the middle of the journey and makes the sailing time the thing to plan around rather than the drive. Portland and Vancouver runs are quoted per trip.
Typical journey times to Sea-Tac
Seattle’s geography does the damage. Pick the wrong crossing at the wrong hour and the journey doubles, which is why we time these around the bridges rather than the distance.

Hotels, venues and campuses we run to
Hotel transfers in Seattle
Downtown Seattle is steep and many hotels sit mid-block on a hill with awkward access. Staying in Bellevue and meeting in Seattle means two bridge crossings a day, which is worth thinking about before booking the hotel.
Events & venues in Seattle
Lumen Field and T-Mobile Park are adjacent, so a doubleheader day affects the whole south end of downtown. Cruise season adds heavy Saturday movement at the waterfront terminals.
Ferry sailings are the constraint rather than the drive — missing one costs a full sailing interval. Whistler and Victoria involve a border crossing and need documents confirmed before the day.

Universities & campuses in Seattle
The UW campus is large enough that the building is the only useful instruction, and Harborview sits on a hill with a constrained approach. Eastside corporate campuses have visitor entrances well away from the street address.
