Orlando accommodation divides between the convention corridor, the Lake Buena Vista resorts and the quieter downtown and Winter Park properties. The resorts are the ones that need care: gated entrances, internal road networks and buildings a mile from the gate, all under one name. We ask for the building or tower at booking, because arriving at the right gate and the wrong building is a long walk in Florida heat.
These are the addresses people actually give a chauffeur in Orlando. On a property the size of a small town, the building matters more than the resort.
Where visiting executives stay. The convention corridor takes the business traffic, the Lake Buena Vista resorts the group and leisure work, and Winter Park the quieter executive stays.

Inside the Golden Oak community with a gated approach and a genuine drive from the gate to the porte-cochere. Security at the gate is a real stage of the journey rather than a formality. We give the guest name in advance so the gate is a pause rather than a delay.

Sharing the Grande Lakes site with the JW Marriott, so the property name matters as much as the address — the two entrances are a distance apart on one very large site. Close to the convention centre by resort standards.

A very large conference hotel close to the convention centre with its own meeting space and arrival capacity to match. During a big show it is effectively part of the event. The drive in from Universal Boulevard is straightforward.

On the Universal property with its own entrance off the resort road network, which is separate from the public roads and has its own security. Guests frequently give the Universal address rather than the hotel one. We confirm the property, not the resort.

In Winter Park on a residential street near Park Avenue, small and boutique with a compact entrance and limited space outside. A completely different proposition from the corridor resorts. Quiet, easy and a genuine drive from the convention centre.

Downtown
Downtown on South Orange Avenue with a covered entrance and city-street access, in the legal and financial district rather than the tourist corridor. Close to the Dr. Phillips Center, so performance nights affect the surrounding blocks.

Sharing the Bonnet Creek approach with the Waldorf Astoria, large and built for conference groups with proper arrival capacity. The shared drive means confirming which of the two properties before dispatching, every time.
