University and medical campus transfers in Miami

The Miami campuses we run to
Miami’s universities and hospitals generate steady academic and patient travel, a large share of it international — patients and families arriving from Latin America and the Caribbean for treatment that runs over days or weeks. The campuses are spread across the county rather than clustered, and the Health District north-west of downtown has access that rewards knowing it. We confirm the institution and the entrance before the day.
Universities and medical centres. The universities and the medical district generate steady academic and patient travel, much of it international, and the campuses are spread across the county rather than clustered.
University of Miami
Coral Gables
The main campus is in Coral Gables, tree-lined and pleasant with straightforward vehicle access and proper parking. Closer to MIA than almost anywhere else of consequence, which makes a combined campus and flight day genuinely easy. The medical campus is a separate site entirely.
Florida International University
Westchester
A very large campus west of the city with a second site in North Miami, so the campus name alone is not enough. The main site has good parking and clear internal roads. A long run from the beach and a short one from MIA.
Miami Dade College
Across the county
Operates from several campuses across Miami-Dade including a downtown site, and they are genuinely different journeys. The downtown campus carries all the difficulties of a city address; the outlying ones are straightforward. Confirming which one is the useful step at booking.
Nova Southeastern University
Davie
In Davie in Broward County, north-west of Fort Lauderdale and a real distance from Miami proper. Well placed for anyone arriving through FLL and a long transfer from MIA. Large open campus with easy access.
Jackson Memorial Hospital
Health District
The centre of the Health District north-west of downtown, a very large public hospital sharing access roads with several other institutions. Shift change queues the whole district. We use the entrance the appointment needs rather than the main one and time around the changeover.
Baptist Health
Kendall & across the region
A large network with its main hospital in Kendall and sites across South Florida, which means the institution name places a vehicle almost anywhere. We confirm the specific facility. A great deal of international patient travel comes through here and much of it recurs.
Miami Cancer Institute
Kendall
On the Baptist Health campus in Kendall, with patients frequently on multi-week treatment schedules and travelling from outside the country. Those recur, and we set them up as standing arrangements with the same chauffeur wherever we can — which matters to people having a difficult few months.
Bascom Palmer Eye Institute
Health District
In the Health District and drawing patients internationally. Many arrive for procedures that leave them unable to drive or see clearly afterwards, which changes what the journey needs entirely — a chauffeur who assists to the door rather than one who waits at the kerb. We plan for that when it is mentioned at booking.
To the Miami campuses and medical centres
Door to campus, ordinary conditions outside season. Treatment days are better booked hourly because the return time is rarely knowable.

How Miami campus and medical transfers are priced
Campus and medical transfers are quoted per route and confirmed in writing before you travel, with no surge pricing at any hour. Recurring treatment schedules are set up as a standing arrangement with a named chauffeur wherever we can, at an agreed rate rather than a per-journey quote.
If a procedure means the passenger will need assistance afterwards, tell us at booking. It changes the chauffeur we assign and sometimes the vehicle, and it is not something we want to discover at the kerb.
