The New York campuses we run to
Campus work runs to its own calendar. Commencement, move-in and parents’ weekend are the three dates worth naming when you book, not the ones to discover on the day. New York’s universities are woven into the city rather than set apart from it, which means a campus address is often a city address with all of a city address’s problems. Much of our academic work is recurring — visiting faculty, trustees, candidates and families on a schedule — and it rewards a chauffeur who already knows which gate opens and which one has been closed for a year.
Universities and medical centres. Academic and medical travel runs year round and behaves differently from corporate work: earlier starts, longer waits, and campuses spread across several blocks where the building matters more than the institution.
Columbia University
Morningside Heights
A walled campus on Morningside Heights with a small number of vehicle entrances and a great deal of pedestrian traffic. Broadway at 116th is the address people give and rarely the right place to stop. We confirm the building and the gate, which on this campus genuinely changes the walk from two minutes to fifteen.
New York University
Greenwich Village
No campus in the conventional sense — buildings scattered across Greenwich Village and beyond, on streets that are narrow, one-way and frequently under scaffolding. The university name is not an address here. We work from the specific building every time, and pickups are planned against the one-way pattern rather than the map.
Fordham University
The Bronx & Lincoln Center
Two campuses that behave completely differently: Rose Hill in the Bronx is a genuine walled campus with parking and straightforward access, while the Lincoln Center campus is a Manhattan tower with all that implies. Journeys between the two are a routine booking and take considerably longer than the distance suggests.
The Juilliard School
Lincoln Center
Part of the Lincoln Center complex, and subject to the same pedestrian plaza and the same simultaneous departures when performances end. Instrument transport is a real consideration here and worth mentioning at booking, because it determines the vehicle rather than the route.
Barnard College
Morningside Heights
Directly across Broadway from Columbia, sharing the same traffic and the same calendar. Commencement and move-in weekends at the two institutions overlap, which turns Broadway in the 110s into a standstill for several days a year. Those dates need planning rather than optimism.
Cornell Tech
Roosevelt Island
On Roosevelt Island, reached by a single bridge from Queens or by tram from Manhattan. The bridge is the journey, and there is no alternative to it. A vehicle going there from Midtown travels a good deal further than the map distance, which we quote honestly rather than optimistically.
NewYork-Presbyterian and Weill Cornell
Upper East Side
The East Side medical corridor along York Avenue is several major institutions sharing very constrained access, with different entrances for different services and heavy traffic at shift change. Treatment days are better booked hourly: the return time is rarely knowable and a released vehicle is expensive to recall here.
Princeton and Yale
New Jersey & Connecticut
Both are routine long-distance runs from the city and both are quoted per trip rather than hourly. Princeton is roughly an hour and a quarter south in ordinary conditions; New Haven is a similar run north-east. Reunion and commencement weekends at either reshape the approach roads entirely.
To the New York campuses
Door to campus, ordinary conditions. Commencement and move-in weeks are not ordinary conditions, and we plan those separately rather than adding a margin.

How New York campus transfers are priced
Campus transfers are quoted per route and confirmed in writing before you travel, with no surge pricing at any hour. Recurring academic bookings — the same route on a regular schedule — are set up as a standing arrangement with a named chauffeur wherever we can.
Long-distance academic runs to Princeton, New Haven and the New England campuses are quoted per trip. For a family doing several campuses in a day, hourly hire is both cheaper and very much less stressful than a chain of separate transfers.
