The Las Vegas venues we run to
The Las Vegas Convention Center operates at a scale no other American venue matches. In show week it is the city. This city is built for events, and its venues have arrival capacity that most cities can only envy. What they cannot absorb is everything happening at once, which during the largest conventions is exactly what does. We plan show weeks as operations, stage vehicles in advance on the correct side of the Strip, and give groups one point of contact rather than a list of drivers.
Conventions, arenas and venues. The convention calendar here operates at a scale no other American city matches, and during the largest shows the city runs at capacity — hotels, roads and vehicles alike.
Culture, dining and the region. Scenic and long-distance work is a real part of the trade here, and these are day hires rather than transfers.
Las Vegas Convention Center
Paradise
The largest convention floor in the country, with several halls spread across a very big site connected by an underground loop. Different halls mean different entrances and genuinely different journeys. We confirm the hall rather than the address and stage against session times.
Sphere
Paradise
Beside the Venetian with limited road frontage and an extremely concentrated departure when a show ends, because everyone leaves at once into a small area. We stage on the Sands Avenue side and come forward on a call rather than attempting the immediate forecourt.
T-Mobile Arena
Central Strip
Behind New York-New York with a plaza approach and no direct vehicle access at the doors. The crowd disperses through the neighbouring resorts, which helps. We collect from an agreed resort forecourt rather than the arena itself, which is both faster and more comfortable.
Allegiant Stadium
Paradise
Just west of the Strip across the freeway, with a footbridge from the Strip resorts that takes a large share of the crowd on foot. Vehicle access is constrained on event nights. We stage on the Strip side and let you walk the bridge rather than sitting in the stadium approach.
Sands Expo
Central Strip
Attached to the Venetian and Palazzo, which makes it the most convenient convention space on the Strip for anyone staying there and a separate journey for everyone else. Its entrance is distinct from the hotel entrances on the same site.
Mandalay Bay Convention Center
South Strip
At the south end attached to the resort, with its own entrance and good capacity. Being at the southern end means it is the closest major hall to the airport, which is genuinely useful for a day trip in and out for a show.
MGM Grand Garden Arena
South Strip
Inside the MGM Grand, so an event night affects the resort forecourt as much as the roads. Fight nights here are among the busiest evenings in the city. We work from an agreed point away from the main porte-cochere on those nights.
Las Vegas Motor Speedway
North Las Vegas
Well north of the city, a genuine drive with a single main access road that becomes the whole journey on a race weekend. Arriving late there means not arriving. We stage early and treat race days as planned operations rather than bookings.
Getting to the Las Vegas venues
Door to venue, ordinary conditions. The right-hand column means show week or an event night, which here is a much larger difference than in most cities.
| Route | Approx. distance | Off-peak | Allow in show week |
|---|---|---|---|
| Central Strip to the Convention Center | 2 miles | 8–12 min | 25–50 min |

| Central Strip to Allegiant Stadium | 2 miles | 8–15 min | 30–60 min |
| South Strip to Mandalay Bay Convention Center | 1 mile | 5–10 min | 15–35 min |
| Strip to Las Vegas Motor Speedway | 17 miles | 22–30 min | 60–120 min |
How Las Vegas event work is priced
Event transfers are quoted per route and event evenings are usually better booked hourly. All of it is quoted per route and confirmed in writing before you travel, with no surge pricing at any hour, including through CES and fight weekends.
For a show week, give us the shape of the week rather than the individual journeys. We will build the manifest and quote the programme, which is cheaper and very much more reliable than booking each movement as it comes up.
