Harry Reid International sits immediately south-east of the Strip, close enough that the drive is rarely the issue. What decides a Las Vegas arrival is which door of which resort you are delivered to, because the wrong one means a twenty-minute walk across a casino floor with luggage. We confirm the terminal against the flight number, meet inside arrivals and agree the specific resort entrance before you travel.
Terminals 1 and 3
Harry Reid operates from Terminal 1 and Terminal 3, which are separate buildings a real distance apart with their own roadways. International arrivals clear at Terminal 3. A vehicle at the wrong terminal is a genuine problem rather than a short walk, so we check against the flight number on the day.
The resort entrance is the whole booking
Every major resort here has a main porte-cochere, a separate limousine entrance and frequently a third door serving the convention halls. Sending a vehicle to the wrong one on a busy evening costs twenty minutes and a long walk inside. We agree the specific door at booking, not the resort name.
Delays and early landings
We track the tail number, so an early arrival is met early. Summer heat occasionally affects operations here in ways that surprise visitors, and we plan around the conditions rather than treating an afternoon delay as unusual.
