The Philadelphia campuses we run to
University City packs Penn, Drexel, HUP and CHOP into a few blocks. It is one of the densest academic and medical clusters in the country. Philadelphia’s academic and medical density is the defining feature of this market. University City alone holds Penn, Wharton, Drexel, the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and Children’s Hospital within walking distance of each other, sharing the same constrained approaches. Add Temple to the north and the Main Line colleges to the west, and a great deal of recurring travel. We confirm the building and the entrance before the day.
Universities and medical campuses. The universities and hospitals in University City form one of the densest academic clusters in the country and generate constant recurring travel.
University of Pennsylvania
University City
A large campus in University City with restricted vehicle access through the centre and a street address that will reliably put a vehicle several blocks from the building you want. Commencement and move-in weeks fill the whole district and are worth naming at booking.
The Wharton School
University City
On the Penn campus at Huntsman Hall, with executive education programmes that bring visiting senior people through constantly, frequently on tight schedules between the campus and the airport. Those recur and work well as standing arrangements.
Drexel University
University City
Immediately north of Penn along Market Street, an urban campus woven into the city grid rather than set apart from it. Shares the district’s traffic. Close to 30th Street Station, which makes a combined rail and campus day straightforward.
Temple University
North Philadelphia
On North Broad Street, a large campus with its own security presence and controlled vehicle entrances. Broad Street is the approach and it carries steady traffic. Further from Center City than the University City campuses and a longer run to PHL.
Villanova University
Main Line
On the Main Line west of the city, a contained suburban campus with proper parking and straightforward access. A genuine drive from Center City and from PHL, so we quote it as a transfer rather than a local run. Basketball nights fill the approaches.
Thomas Jefferson University
Center City
In Center City rather than University City, on Walnut and the surrounding blocks, which means a campus address here is a downtown address with all the stopping restrictions that implies. The hospital and the university share the same streets.
Swarthmore College
Swarthmore
South-west of the city in Delaware County, a small wooded campus with easy access and parking. Pleasant to work and genuinely quick from PHL, which makes it one of the easier college runs in the region.
Bryn Mawr College
Main Line
On the Main Line near Villanova, a compact campus on residential streets with limited but workable vehicle access. Parents weekends and commencement fill the narrow approaches. We confirm the building, because the campus is small but the gates are specific.
Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania
University City
On Spruce Street in the middle of the University City cluster, with separate entrances for different services and constant traffic. Treatment days are better booked hourly because the return time is rarely knowable and recalling a vehicle into this district is slow.
Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia
University City
Adjacent to HUP with a dedicated family entrance and a constant flow of families travelling with children and equipment, many from outside the region on multi-day schedules. The vehicle matters as much as the route and we ask about seating and equipment at booking.
To the Philadelphia campuses
Door to campus, ordinary conditions. University City is close to everything; the Main Line colleges are genuine transfers.

How Philadelphia campus and medical transfers are priced
Campus and medical transfers are quoted per route and confirmed in writing before you travel, with no surge pricing at any hour. Recurring academic and treatment schedules are set up as a standing arrangement at an agreed rate with a named chauffeur.
For a family visiting several campuses in a day — Penn, Villanova, Swarthmore and Bryn Mawr are a common circuit — hourly hire is both cheaper and considerably less stressful than four separate transfers.
