The Atlanta campuses we run to
A campus address routinely puts a vehicle at the wrong side of a very large site. We confirm the building, not the university. Academic and medical travel runs year round in Atlanta and behaves differently from corporate work — earlier starts, longer and less predictable waits, and sites large enough that the street address is close to useless on its own. Most of this work is recurring, which is exactly the kind that rewards a consistent chauffeur.
Universities and medical campuses. Academic and medical travel runs year round in Atlanta and behaves differently from corporate work — earlier starts, longer waits, and campuses where the street address routinely puts a vehicle at the wrong side of a very large site.
Georgia Tech
Midtown
A large campus folded into Midtown with Tech Square at its eastern edge, which is where most visiting corporate and research traffic actually goes. Tech Square behaves like a business district rather than a campus and has proper vehicle access; the main campus west of it does not, and needs a specified building.
Emory University
Druid Hills
North-east of the city in Druid Hills, adjacent to its own hospital complex and to the federal health campus nearby. Emory is large, its internal roads are restricted in places, and the visitor entrance is not where a mapping application will send you. Commencement and move-in weekends change the roads around it entirely.
Georgia State University
Downtown
Distributed through downtown rather than sitting on a discrete campus, with buildings interleaved with the commercial core. That makes access straightforward but the address genuinely essential — there is no single gate to head for.
Atlanta University Center
West End
Morehouse, Spelman and Clark Atlanta sit adjacent to one another on the west side, sharing a district and much of their traffic. Events at any of them affect the others. We treat the AUC as one access problem rather than three, and confirm which institution and which building at booking.
Agnes Scott College
Decatur
East of the city in Decatur, a compact campus in a walkable town centre. Straightforward to reach outside peak, and far enough out that airport timing should be taken from Decatur rather than from downtown.
Oglethorpe University
Brookhaven
North of the city in Brookhaven, close to the Perimeter corridor, which makes it convenient to combine with corporate work on that side of Atlanta. Small enough that access is rarely the problem here.
Emory University Hospital
Druid Hills
Part of the same Druid Hills complex as the university, with the access difficulties that implies and the additional constraint that medical schedules do not hold. Hourly hire suits a day here far better than booked transfers, because the return time is genuinely unknown.
Piedmont Atlanta Hospital
Buckhead
In Buckhead, which puts it close to the executive hotel cluster and makes patient and visiting-physician work straightforward to combine with other movements on that side of the city. Entrance matters here as at any hospital.
Atlanta campus journey times
Approximate, ordinary conditions. Commencement, move-in and major game weekends are the exceptions and are worth naming at booking rather than discovering on the day.

How Atlanta campus work is priced
Campus transfers are quoted per route and confirmed in writing, with hourly hire available and usually the better structure for medical appointments and multi-building days. There is no surge pricing at any hour. Recurring academic and medical travel is handled on account with consolidated billing.
