Executive Black Car (“we”, “us”), a trade name of Karfis Enterprises LLC, arranges chauffeured ground transportation in the US cities listed on our website, carried out by independent licensed chauffeur operators. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
Information we collect
- Booking details – name, phone number, email address, pickup and drop-off locations, travel dates and times, flight numbers, passenger counts and any special requests you provide.
- Enquiry details – anything you send us through our contact form, by email, or by phone.
- Payment information – processed by our reservation provider. We do not store full card numbers on this website.
- Technical data – IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected through standard web analytics such as Google Analytics.

Communications

Sharing
We share only what is needed to deliver your trip and run our business:
- The operator carrying your trip – passenger name, phone number, pickup and drop-off, timing, flight number and any special requests. Operators may use this only to carry out your trip.
