You book a vehicle class, not a specific make or model; your confirmation states the class that will collect you. Rates are set per city, so a quote reflects the market you are travelling in. Online quotes include a 20% chauffeur gratuity and known airport fees, every rate is agreed in writing before you travel, and there is no surge pricing at any hour.
